Terms of service

Estimate Radar watches the estimates you send to insurers, works out when a follow-up is due against Texas business days (federal holidays included), and shows you an English email draft to approve or discard. It also tracks recoverable depreciation on your jobs and, if you connect it, logs activity in your JobNimbus.

The service never sends an email without your explicit approval. It doesn't negotiate on your behalf, doesn't promise you'll collect more, and doesn't replace your CRM — it sits on top of the one you already use.

Starter (USD 99/mo), Pro (USD 199/mo), and Full (USD 399/mo), billed in US dollars. The annual plan is billed for ten months (two months free versus paying monthly).

There's no setup fee and no minimum commitment: cancel whenever you want, and the service stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.

There's no self-serve signup or automatic billing on the website today — access is arranged manually after the guided demo.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You connect your inbox and your CRM voluntarily; you can disconnect either at any time from the panel.

The service is for managing your own restoration estimates. Using it to send unsolicited bulk communication or to impersonate someone else isn't allowed.

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Two internal watcher agents check that the system is doing its job, and we'll tell you if something breaks on our end.

The service helps you keep track of your estimates — it doesn't guarantee that an insurer will respond or that you'll collect any specific amount. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for business decisions you make based on the information we show you.

Cancel anytime by writing to hola@estimateradar.com. Once you cancel, we stop sending new follow-ups and you can request deletion of your data.

If we make a material update to these terms, we'll post it on this page with the date at the top before it takes effect.
