Privacy notice

From the contact form: your name, company, email, and, if you leave them, phone number, state, estimate volume, and your message.

From your panel account (once you are a customer): your name and email, plus whatever you connect yourself — your Gmail or Outlook inbox and, if you use it, your JobNimbus account.

From your connected inbox: only the messages tied to the estimates you define. We don't read or index your whole inbox.

To run the service: spotting estimates you sent, working out when the next follow-up is due, and drafting the email you approve or discard.

To respond to your access request and schedule the guided demo.

To send your account's monthly report, if your plan includes one.

We don't sell your data or your clients' data to anyone.

We don't send a single email on your behalf without your approval first — not once, not even while a session is open.

We don't use your inbox to train third-party models beyond drafting your own follow-ups.

With the providers that make the service work: Google (OAuth and the Gmail API) or Microsoft (Outlook), depending on the inbox you connect; JobNimbus, if you turn that integration on; and our hosting and database provider.

We don't share your data with anyone else without your explicit authorization, unless the law requires it.

For as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep operational data long enough to close out billing and then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep a record.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to hola@estimateradar.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

You can disconnect your inbox or your JobNimbus account at any time from the panel; once you do, we stop reading new email from that account.

Credentials for your connected inbox are stored encrypted. The panel requires a signed-in session. No email goes out without your explicit approval.

If we change something material, we'll post it on this same page with the updated date at the top.
