Estimate follow-up · with a hard stop

No email goes out without your OK. Not one.

Radar chases every estimate you sent to the carriers — counts Texas business days, drafts the follow-up in your own voice — and stops cold before it sends. The last word is always yours.

The problem

The estimate goes out. And then it just sits there.

You sent it three weeks ago. The adjuster never replied. Between roofs, crews, and customers, nobody had time to chase it — and the money is still waiting in someone else’s inbox.

It’s not that you don’t know how to collect. It’s that following up on every claim is a full-time job, and yours is already spoken for up on a roof.

How it works

It works while you work.

  1. 01

    Connect your inbox

Radar reads everything that lands in the accounts you connect, spam included, and sets aside what isn’t about an estimate.

  2. 02

    Detect and sort

It recognizes every estimate that goes out and sorts what the carrier sends back: acknowledgment, approval, request for info, denial, payment, or noise.

  3. 03

    Count the business days

On the Texas calendar the carriers actually keep — the Friday after Thanksgiving is not a business day, Columbus Day is. Never calendar days: a deadline that runs over the weekend isn’t a real deadline.

  4. 04

    Draft your follow-up

When it’s time to push, it writes the email in your voice and leaves it ready to approve, edit, or discard. You give the go-ahead.

What it does

Five pieces that chase a claim all the way down.

Automatic follow-up

Push when it counts, stop before it nags.

Radar watches every estimate you send and measures the silence in Texas business days, on the Texas calendar the carriers keep. Clear rules, not harassment.

  • Nudges after 2 business days of silence
  • Escalates to the supervisor after 14 business days
  • Caps at 6 follow-ups per estimate, then stops

Assisted drafting

Emails that actually sound like you.

It learns your style from your past emails and drafts every follow-up in your own words, not a canned template. You see the draft before anything goes out — approve it, edit it, or toss it.

  • Your voice, not a robot’s
  • Polished and professional — never stiff or robotic
  • Nothing goes out without your OK

Recoverable depreciation

The held-back money doesn’t slip through.

Radar tracks recoverable depreciation (RCV − ACV) and prepares the claim document for when the job wraps and it’s time to collect the holdback.

  • Tracks what each claim is holding back
  • Document ready to attach
  • One collection you won’t forget

JobNimbus integration

Your CRM stays current on its own.

Every follow-up is logged as activity in JobNimbus, the CRM you already use. No double entry and no change to how you work.

  • Sits on top of the CRM you already have
  • Every send logged as an activity
  • No copy-paste between screens

Two watchdog agents

Something makes sure the system is doing its job.

Two agents check, every day, that Radar is doing its job and that nothing went out without your approval. They watch the watcher.

  • Check that no estimate falls through
  • Confirm nothing was sent without your OK
  • Flag anything that needs your eyes

The brake before "Send"

Automation with a hard stop before anything goes out.

This is what separates Radar from "an AI that sends emails." The draft writes itself. The send never does. Your name is on every message the adjuster gets.

  • ✓Drafts the follow-up in your voice.
  • ✓Stops and shows it to you to approve, edit, or discard.
  • ✓Never sends alone not even while you’re logged in.

SubjectFollowing up — Claim 4471-A, 2817 Herndon Ave

Hi Daniel,

Following up on the estimate we submitted for claim 4471-A on March 3rd. It's been 14 business days without a reply, and I want to keep this moving for the homeowner.

Could you let me know where the review stands, or if you need anything else from our side? Happy to resend the photo report.

Thanks, Lone Star Roofing & Restoration

Locked until a human approvesRadar can’t send this email on its own.

Connects. Doesn’t replace.

Add follow-up. Don’t rebuild your operation.

Radar doesn’t ask you to switch inboxes or CRMs. It plugs into what you already use and does the daily work nobody had time for.

Gmail and Google Workspace

Reads everything that lands in the accounts you connect, and sends the follow-ups you approve from your own mailbox. Nothing goes out without your approval.

JobNimbus

Logs every follow-up as activity in your CRM. No double entry, no switching screens.

Texas business-day calendar

Counts deadlines the way an adjuster's office actually closes. Never calendar days.

JobNimbus is a separate CRM with its own monthly cost — it isn’t part of Radar and isn’t included in your subscription. If you already use it, the integration comes on the Pro and Full plans; if not, Radar still watches your estimates the same way, just without the automatic activity log.

What it won’t do

What Radar will never do.

This is the important part. A product that watches your email has to be clear about where it stops.

It won’t send anything without your approval.

Not one email, ever, not even while you’re logged in. Your name is on every message.

It won’t promise you’ll collect more.

It promises no estimate goes unanswered. You negotiate the outcome yourself.

It won’t replace your CRM.

It sits on top of the one you have. JobNimbus stays the center of your work.

It won’t negotiate for you.

When a call to the adjuster is needed, it tells you and you make it.

It won’t make up data.

What it shows comes from your emails and your estimates. Nothing else.

Radar doesn’t compete with your CRM. It adds to it.

We’re not a CRM and we don’t price like one. A roofing CRM gives you a place to log the follow-up; someone still has to open it and click, every day. Radar counts the business days and drafts the follow-up on its own — you just approve.

Verified on each vendor’s public pricing page on September 10, 2026 — third-party figures, subject to change without notice (Roofr, for one, overhauled its entire pricing structure that same March). Radar (from USD 99/mo) installs on top of the CRM you already pay for; it doesn’t replace it, and it doesn’t compete on what the CRM already does well — it covers the part no CRM automates on its own: remembering to follow up, every single day.

Just one supplement that gets answered can pay for the whole year. We don’t promise how much: we promise we chase it until the carrier answers.

FAQ

What everyone asks before they say yes.

Does it really not send anything on its own?

Really. Radar drafts the follow-up and leaves it ready, but no email goes out until you approve it — not even while you’re logged in. Your name is on every message the adjuster gets, so the last word is always yours.

Why pay for this if I already have JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or Roofr?

Because no CRM chases on its own: it gives you a place to log the follow-up, but someone still has to open the case and click every day for it to matter. Radar is the missing piece — it counts the business days and leaves the follow-up drafted, ready for your approval. It runs on top of the CRM you already pay for; it doesn’t compete with it or replace it.

Do I need JobNimbus to use it?

Not for the follow-up: that works with just your inbox. The JobNimbus integration (logging every send as activity in your CRM) comes on the Pro and Full plans. JobNimbus is a separate product with its own cost — it isn’t part of Radar and isn’t included in your subscription. If you use a different CRM, Radar still chases your estimates the same way.

Does it work outside Texas?

Deadlines are counted on the Texas business-day calendar the carriers keep — which is not quite the federal one: the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve are not business days, and Columbus Day is. That is the only calendar today. If you work in another state, tell us on the demo and we will see whether it is worth adding.

Who sees my email?

Radar reads only the accounts you connect — everything that lands in them, so no carrier reply slips through. We don’t sell or share that content with anyone. You can disconnect the inbox whenever you want.

Does it lock me into a contract?

No. The subscription is month to month. No contract, no setup fee, and we don’t take a percentage of what you collect.

What happens if I cancel?

You stop paying at the end of the current period and Radar stops watching. Your email stays yours, in your own account; Radar never owned any of it.

How long until it’s working?

Connecting your inbox takes minutes. Radar starts watching new estimates right away and learns your writing style from your past emails within the first few days. On the Full plan, onboarding is guided.

Is my data safe?

Access to your email uses the official Google Workspace permissions and can be revoked from your own account. We store the minimum needed to do the follow-up and use it for nothing else.
